FAQs
Are there any hidden costs?
FreightW ERP has no hidden costs. The base cost and the monthly recurring costs are mentioned in respective packages in “Pricing” section.
There is a 5% Sales Tax on IT Services applicable by Punjab Revenue Authority as per law.
Can I deploy it on my own server?
At the moment, FreightW is available only as a secure hosted solution. We will provide you a separate sub-domain on FreightW.net with 256-bit SSL security, a separate database and disk space as per your selected package.
Are there any possibilities of customization in FreightW ERP?
FreightW ERP is fully customizable.
Clients with “Unlimited” packages will be provided up to 4 hours of development time for free every month to make any minor changes in the system, if required. In case of any major change request or if you need a new feature in the system, the required efforts will be estimated and charged at the rate of Rs. 3,150/- per hour (5% Sales Tax included).
Will FreightW integrate with our company's email accounts?
All users of the system will be created using your company’s official email addresses. All emails from the system will be sent using logged-in user’s email address so that your clients could easily reply to those emails addressing to the same person.
What is the price revision policy?
The company reserves the rights to update prices of FreightW ERP packages as and when necessary. So far, the prices of different packages of our software have been consistently the same since 2020.
